This course allows a pilot to instruct in light sport airplanes. It allows you to get paid for your flight instruction services.
HOW WE DO IT
In order to take this course, you must have a minimum of 150 hour total flight time, 100 hours in airplanes, 15 hours in LSA-airplanes, and hold at least a Sport Pilot Certificate. You must be at least 18 to take the checkride. We use our 2008/2009 Remos GX for this course.
We incorporate ground and flight training using our comprehensive syllabus to meet the requirments of 14CFR Part 61 Subpart K Flight Instructors with a Sport Pilot Rating.
